BnR Fiesta at The Reef poster 17

Once again we’re excited to be hosting some awesome local and interstate talent for the Bendigo Blues & Roots Music Festival… and we even have an international act with Travis Bowlin from the USA performing! This year’s party in the carpark will kick off at 1pm, with the funky Blue Child Collective as the opening act. Second on the program will be the alternate country/folk group, Georgia State Line, followed by our hosts for the day, local lads Midweek Blues. The guys have just recently released their debut album Last Days of May & we can’t wait to see them smash out some of their new stuff. The Rosie Burgess Trio will then take on the stage with their gypsy, folk flavour before Paulie Bignell & the Thornbury Two show us what Rockabilly is all about. Travis Bowlin is up next and will perform his latest single release ‘See You Again’ which debuted in the top 5 for the iTunes New Blues and Roots Music Report. Wrapping up the program are Geelong boys The Mojo Corner who you might just recognise from our posters.. If you’re not already up and dancing, these guys will make sure of it!
Just like previous years, we will have the stage set up in the carpark, with plenty of room for a dance floor to have a boogie.. or grab a table and chair to sit back, relax and enjoy the day. Our delicious Spanish inspired Sangria & Sliders menu will be available on the day and of course, the Can Bar will be out the back too so you don’t miss any tunes.
The BLUES & ROOTS FIESTA @ The Reef is sure to be a great day out, showcasing some very talented artists. Entry is free so bring the whole family to enjoy.
Disfrutar! That’s Spanish for ‘enjoy’!
